Who this agreement is with

Name the legal entity behind Forager Research, and say that these terms cover the Outpost hub itself.

The apps are separate services

Worth stating plainly, because it is structurally true here: GrantFox, DataGopher, FieldMouse, ExperimentOwl and SkillFlamingo each run on their own subdomain under their own terms, and each keeps its own accounts and sessions. The Outpost links to them; it does not operate them on your behalf and holds nothing on their side.

Acceptable use

What people may and may not do with this page. Thin, since the hub is a list of links.

No warranty, and limits of liability

The standard clauses. Have a lawyer write these — do not adapt them from another site.
